Tracking Ticks and Tick-Borne Disease Risk Across Wisconsin

A WPP-funded research project led by Johnny Uelmen, an assistant professor of population health sciences and a disease ecologist within the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health is focused on improving how Wisconsin predicts, prevents and responds to tick-borne diseases.

As the public health challenge of ticks and tick-borne diseases continues to grow, this project will provide important data to help keep Wisconsin communities safe and healthy.
