Wisconsin Partnership Program welcomes new operations associate director
The Wisconsin Partnership Program (WPP) is pleased to welcome Justin Hajny, MBA to its team as WPP’s operations associate director. In this role, Justin provides programmatic and operational management of the WPP grant programs to advance the mission and goals of the Wisconsin Partnership Program.
Justin brings extensive experience in operations management, with a strong track record of optimizing business processes and driving growth. He most recently served as the chief operating officer of Altus, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives.
“The Wisconsin Partnership Program is excited to have Justin join our team,” said Tonya Mathison, WPP administrative director. “He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in operations and strategic planning that will enhance our grant making and partnerships. We look forward to introducing him to our many partners and grantees across the state.”
Previously, Justin was the chief of staff at Mighty Digits, where he played a key role in scaling the company. He also ran his own company for more than a decade and has helped numerous startups in strategic planning, financial analysis, operational execution, commercialization and fundraising, as well as mergers and acquisitions advisory.
Justin earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Business in entrepreneurial management with a certificate in business, environment and social responsibility.
