Wisconsin Partnership Program announces Community Impact Grant funding opportunity

The Wisconsin Partnership Program (WPP) at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health has released the first of two 2024 Community Impact Grant Program Requests for Partnerships.

The Community Impact Grant Program supports community partnership initiatives that seek to improve health and advance health equity by addressing the social determinants of health in Wisconsin’s urban, rural and tribal communities.

Level One: Engage, released on March 19, 2024, is designed for small to medium-sized organizations with annual expenses of less than $500,000. Engage grants have a maximum award amount of up to $250,000 for a duration of up to three years. An academic partner is not required for this level. Letters of Intent are due April 24, 2024.

Level Two: Accelerate is designed for larger organizations with annual expenses over $500,000. Accelerate grants have a maximum award amount of up to $500,000 for a duration of up to three years. An eligible academic partner is required for this level. The Accelerate Request for Partnerships will be released in April 2024.

The WPP Oversight and Advisory Committee anticipates allocating up to five awards in each level during this grant cycle.
