Wisconsin Partnership Program announces 2025 events

Community Connections Events and Grant Information Sessions planned for April

The Wisconsin Partnership Program (WPP) at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health is pleased to announce its 2025 virtual and in-person convening events.

Local nonprofits, public health, tribal and government agencies and others working in health care and public health are encouraged to attend to learn more about WPP’s Community Impact Grant funding opportunities and meet WPP grant partners and community health leaders working on local health issues.

In-person events include local grantee presentations, WPP community grant information session, networking and a light breakfast. Details and registration information can be found on the WPP Learning and Events webpage:
