Publications and Reports

To advance its mission to improve the health and well-being of the people of Wisconsin and advance health equity, the Wisconsin Partnership Program relies on strong and sustainable collaboration between the UW School of Medicine and Public Health, its campus partners and communities throughout the state.

The progress and impact of these partnerships are reflected in the Wisconsin Partnership Program’s annual reports and outcome reports. The Wisconsin Partnership Program’s strategic goals are outlined in its five-year plan.

2024–2029 Five-Year Plan

The 2024–29 Five-Year Plan is the fifth since the inception of the Wisconsin Partnership Program at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. The plan is designed to provide a broad overview of the concepts and approaches that will guide the Wisconsin Partnership Program’s work.

Over the next five years, the Wisconsin Partnership Program will employ a diverse set of strategies to advance its mission to improve health and advance health equity in Wisconsin.

2023–2024 Annual Report

The Wisconsin Partnership Program is pleased to present its 2023–2024 Annual Report. The Annual Report covers program activities and expenditures from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 and highlights the progress and achievements of WPP and its grant partners.

Outcome Reports

Each year, the Wisconsin Partnership Program reviews outcomes from concluded grants and publishes annual outcome reports to highlight the progress and accomplishments of the funded work.

Audits of the Wisconsin Partnership Program

In accordance with the Order of the Commissioner of Insurance, the Wisconsin Partnership Program has completed its five-year financial and program audits. The audits were completed by the independent accounting firms Plante Moran and KPMG, respectively. The UW School of Medicine and Public Health was pleased with the findings. The reports of both audits are available.

Program Audit (Agreed Upon Procedures)

An Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) engagement of the Partnership Program was completed by KPMG. The results of the procedures performed were positive and no exceptions were noted.

Financial Audit

Plante Moran issued an unqualified opinion on the Statement of Cash Receipts and Disbursements for the period under examination.
